LA FAMILIA LORANTHACEAE (INJERTOS) DEL ESTADO DE AGUASCALIENTES, MÉXICO
Abstract
The description of mistletoe from state of
Aguascalientes is presented, with some
aspects about their altitudinal ranges,
distribution, vegetation types and hosts.
The reported hosts belong to 2 genera and
8 species which occur from 1,700 to 2,600
m. altitude in the studied area. This hosts
belong to 8 families and 11 genera and all
of them are trees or shrubs. The most wide
spread species in the state is Phoradendron
forestierae located arid tropical scrub. Keys
to genera and species identification are
included.
